Le plus impressionnant en vrai est la vitesse où il bouge, et l'arrivée soudaine des rafales de vents qui lui sont associées. Mais heureusement pour ce coup, il était plus impressionnant que dangereux! :)

En effet. C'est impressionnant de voir les structures que peuvent générer les CB de traine alors que de loin ils paraissent tout faibles.. ce coup ci y avait même pas vraiment d'enclume, les sommets des bourgeons étaient gelés et ratatinés, ça faisait vaguement un paté, tu vois le genre ^^ et pourtant dessous c'était furieux !

C'est vrai que ce ne sont pas les CB les plus impressionnants qui donnent toujours les choses les plus spectaculaires à leur base... Une fois j'ai eu le cas inverse de toi, un CB avec une enclume magnifique, je fonce en dessous et.....rien, pas de foudre, pas de sousbassement, à peine un peu de pluie avant qu'il ne se désintègre !
Par contre ce samedi on a un MCS dantesque :faint: ( bon j'ai juste réussi à tremper mon matos photo en faisant des clichés très moyens :stupidme: )

Yes, je pense que particulièrement les mono explosifs et brefs dans les situs avec beaucoup d'énergie mais rien d'autre, font ce genre de mauvaises blagues, j'ai eu droit aussi à quelques surprises du même style. Avec ces CB, le problème, c'est que quand tu vois l'enclume s'étaler, il est déjà en phase de mort.
A l'inverse les CB de traine aussi ridicules soient-il parfois, sont très souvent structurés en ligne de grain par exemple, du coup ils peuvent développer des structures intéressantes d'autant que les niveaux de condensation dans les traines sont souvent bas, voir très bas selon les jours. :)

Pas grand chose dans la boite moi depuis l'arcus dans la traine fin juillet! Mais apparemment ça va se réchauffer samedi avec 30° ou un peu plus, donc sûrement de nouveaux orages à venir peu après, mais les modèles étaient pas tous d'accord la dernière fois que j'ai regardé. A voir ! ^^

Maybe you saw the end ^^ arcus clouds can be very ephemeral sometimes, as they can last for hours in front of huge squall lines.
